The 2011 Lord Mayor's Show turned out to be an exciting event to photograph and the resulting image library has been one of the most successful on the website. The 2012 parade will be shot (accreditation pending) from a similar position near Mansion House, all the photos published in the upcoming photo library will be available for online ordering as digital copies or fine art prints and for licensing by the media.

Extensive sets of photographs of a specific part of the Lord Mayor's Show 2012 can be ordered from now on. This service means:

• minimum number of photos will be guaranteed;
• images will be fully captioned and contain all metadata;
• digital images will be processed and delivered to suit your timescale;

?Requirements for pre-orders

Please provide the following information for pre-orders:

• What ? the section of the parade within the order of the general parade you are interested in;
• Where - the persons and/or objects you are interested in, where, within the specified section of the parade are they expected to be.
• Who - the names of the persons and/or objects you are interested in so that proper captions can be provided;
• When - the delivery date and time required for the processed and captioned images;
• Numbers - how many photos do you need, the required image size and type;
• Any other information, special processing requirements, etc.

Location and timing

According to the official time table, the tail end of the 2012 Lord Mayor's Show should pass Mansion House around 12:11, and again, on the return journey, at around 14:45. All photos will be taken during the first part of the parade, but if there is enough demand, the return journey will be covered as well.

Because of the popularity of the 2011 Lord Mayor's Show photos, the 2012 Photo Library will be much bigger. ?It is planned to have one page for every entry in the parade, making it approximately 2000 photos in total.? All images will be in a large, high resolution, watermarked format.

To make navigation easier and to enable fast access to the individual entries, there will be a Table of Contents and a keyword search.? Keyword search will enable fast access to anybody or anything mentioned in the image captions.
