Trooping the Colour 2011: Conmael, an Irish Wolfhound, is the Regimental Mascot of the Band of the Irish Guards. All Regimental dogs have been named after the High Kings and Legendary Chieftains of Ireland. 
Conmael has also been at the Royal Wedding in 2011. Conmael does not take part in the parade.

He is led here by his handler, a member of the Corps of Drums, on Horse Guards Road, in front of spectators watching the parade from St Jame's Park..
